This building is situated on previously developed land at an industrial estate in Braintree, and provides warehouse and office space for Casa Julia PLC, importers and distributors of wines and spirits. It has a total floor area of 3,340 square metres, of which approximately 350 square metres makes up the office accommodation.

The client’s brief asked for a high specification, contemporary style landmark building. John Finch Partnership’s design incorporates a distinctive cylindrical corner tower, and a glazed principal elevation facing Springwood Drive.
