John Finch Partnership were employed by Chelmsford City Council to design rentable industrial units, in replacement of a previously vacant and derelict site in need of redevelopment. Working closely from start-to-finish with the council and appointed contractors, A.W. Hardy, the completed project provides three high quality units for local business within a modern industrial building and well landscaped setting.
