Kelvedon Park, Kelvedon

The project consisted of a 3,000m2 two storey extension to a former Victorian country house located in a parkland setting adjacent to the A12 between Colchester and Witham. The extension was designed to accommodate an open plan call centre. The simplicity of the glazed structure acts as a visual foil to the more ornate appearance of the host building. In 2008, the building was acquired by Essex Fire and Rescue Service as their new headquarters building.
